내부가 2중으로 탭이진 부싱이며 내부의 탭사이에 설치되며, 탱크의 나사진 틈새를 줄이는데 사용한다. 풋밸브,엘보관,여과망 등을 탱크 마개를 통하여 통과시키면 흡입관 크기에 따라 틈을 메우며 내부의 탭은 직선을 두개의 같은 크기 파이프에 연결한다.

A double internal tapped bushing, recessed between the internal tappings, used to reduce threaded tank openings. They permit the passage of a foot valve, elbow, strainer, and the like through the tank opening, and then reduce the opening to suction pipe size. The internal tappings permit the connection of two pipes of the same size in a straight line.
