It may have one or more interior compartments and a built-in money chest. It may be mounted on wheels. It may or may not include mounting bracket for attachment. Excludes:filing cabinets which are substantially reinforced to resist burglary, and whose design includes combination locks, bar and padlock, or similar security devices.
