둘이상의 부분품으로 구성된 완전조립식 금속 또는 목재 건축물로써 각 구성품은 도면에 따라 설계되며 각각 꾸려진다. 건축용지에 도착한 후 부분품들은 조립하고 서로 연결되어 건축물이 형성된다. 일단 조립된 후 건물을 다시 부분품이나 패널 형태로 분해하여 다른 곳으로 운송하여 재조립할 수 있다.

A completely fabricated metal and/or wood structure, consisting of two or more sections. Each unit is marked according to drawings and bundled separately. After arrival at building site, units are assembled and connected to each other to form a building. Parts are so fabricated that, once assembled, this building may be dismantled in the forms of units or panels and transported and reassembled at another site.
